Our story
A shared vision, rooted in Guinea
NGCH SARL grew from the shared vision of Mr. Viera Boza and Mrs. Pazos Ruiz: to apply professional experience gained in several countries to useful, structured projects with an international outlook.
From Conakry, this vision brings together support, mobility and business development. It combines an international view of opportunities with a practical understanding of African markets, through a method grounded in clarity, responsibility and respect for institutions.

Mr. Viera Boza
CEO and Gérant
Creator, CEO and Gérant of NGCH SARL, Mr. Viera Boza leads the overall strategy, development of business lines, and institutional and corporate relations.
His several years of professional experience across different countries and business environments inform an international vision adapted to African markets. He advances mobility, education, tourism and investment activities, multisector projects, and technological and AI modernisation, with the aim of building a strong group and a reference in West Africa.
Mrs. Pazos Ruiz
Business Manager
Part of the founding and leadership team, Mrs. Pazos Ruiz serves as Business Manager. Her several years of professional experience in different countries bring a practical, multicultural perspective to the group’s activities.
She contributes to planning and business development, operational coordination, follow-up of international programmes, and relationships with clients and collaborators.
