Privacy policy
Version 2026-09-21 · Updated 2026-09-21
This policy explains how Nouvelle Guinée Conseil & Holding SARL (NGCH SARL) processes personal data collected through its corporate website.
Processing is governed in particular by Law L/2016/037/AN on cybersecurity and personal data protection in the Republic of Guinea.

- Registered office: Kipé, Commune de Ratoma, Conakry, République de Guinée
- RCCM: GN.TCC.2025.B.17011 — Tax identification number (NIF): 375168820
- Manager and legal representative: Osmer Viera Boza
- Privacy contact: contact@ngcafrica.com
2. Data processed
The form requests the information needed to process and follow up an enquiry.
- First and last name
- WhatsApp number
- Email address
- Preferred language, source page and permitted UTM parameters when present
- Status of consent to processing and, separately, marketing
- Content of subsequent exchanges initiated by the person through email or WhatsApp
3. Source of the data
Data comes directly from the data subject, including through the website form or when they initiate an exchange by email or WhatsApp.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Receiving, assessing and answering enquiries and following them up: consent to process the enquiry, pre-contractual steps or legitimate interests depending on the context.
- Sending marketing information: only on the basis of optional, explicit and separate consent that can be withdrawn at any time.
- Managing contractual relationships, accounts, evidence and legal duties: performance of a contract and applicable legal obligations.
- Maintaining security, preventing misuse and defending NGCH SARL’s rights: legitimate interests and security obligations.
5. Consent
The form has one required box authorising the processing of the enquiry and one optional, separate and unchecked box for marketing communications.
Refusing marketing does not prevent an enquiry from being sent or processed. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to contact@ngcafrica.com.
6. Recipients
Data is accessible to authorised NGCH SARL personnel who need it to process the enquiry, manage the relationship, maintain accounts or meet legal obligations.
It may also be processed, only to the extent necessary, by technical providers supporting hosting, security, form receipt, email or the WhatsApp service chosen by the user. It is not sold.
7. International transfers
Some technical or communication services may process data from another country. NGCH SARL then limits the data transferred to what is necessary and requires appropriate contractual, organisational and security safeguards according to the available information and applicable rules.
A person may request further information about a transfer concerning their enquiry by writing to contact@ngcafrica.com.
8. Retention periods
- Enquiries and leads that do not become a contractual relationship: 36 months from the last exchange.
- Marketing: until consent is withdrawn or after 36 months of inactivity, whichever occurs first.
- Contract files and accounting or evidentiary documents: 10 years after the relationship closes or the last entry or document, unless a longer legal obligation applies or litigation is ongoing.
- At the end of each period, data is securely erased or anonymised unless a legal duty requires its retention.
9. Security
NGCH SARL applies proportionate technical and organisational measures to reduce unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure. Form enquiries are checked server-side and protected by anti-abuse measures.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
The website currently uses no analytics or advertising tool, pixel or social media script. Strictly necessary technologies may be used for hosting and security. The cookie policy provides the applicable details.
11. Conversational assistant (chat)
The chat available on the website is provided by the external provider BuilderBot Cloud. Opening and using it is entirely the person's choice: no message is transmitted unless the chat is opened and used.
When the chat loads, the provider may set local storage in the browser and establish the technical connections required for the conversation to work. Messages exchanged pass through its services.
NGCH SARL asks users not to share sensitive data or identity documents in the chat. No further legal information about this provider is asserted here until it has been verified.
12. Rights and request handling
Any person may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection under applicable legal conditions and may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Requests must be sent to contact@ngcafrica.com. NGCH SARL acknowledges receipt and responds within an internal maximum of 30 calendar days. This period is extended only for complexity, a legal obligation or a need to verify identity, and the person is informed.
13. Complaints
After contacting NGCH SARL, a person may lodge a complaint with the competent Guinean data protection authority in accordance with Law L/2016/037/AN.
14. Children’s data
Services are not directed at minors without the involvement of a legal guardian. A minor’s data submitted without authorisation is erased once identified, unless a contrary legal duty applies.
